Lali Heath

Lali was born and brought up in Kenya-living in remote and extraordinary places, and it is her vast knowledge, cultural understanding and love of East Africa that helps her contribute to Nomad Trust’s investment in conservation and communities in Tanzania.

Her family currently resides in the Masai Mara, Kenya and are key players in conservation initiatives of the region.  Lali was educated in Kenya, and Oxford, England before going to university in St. Andrew’s Scotland where she received a Masters of Arts in Social Anthropology with Human Geography specializing in Eastern Africa.  She brings extensive regional and educational expertise to her role as Nomad Trust’s administrator.

She has travelled extensively in Africa, Asia, India, Europe and the United States, it was however her dream to work in remote areas of Tanzania that brought her to the Nomad Trust
