As you all might already know, our resident female leopard has had a couple of cute cubs. These little ones are adorable and provide endless entertainment for our guests, just like house cats they are curious and playful by nature. A bit of rough and tumble with each other and their doting mother is par for the course and an important part of growing up; developing the skills and muscle development that is essential in later life, enabling them to hunt and protect their territories successfully. These cubs are about 6 months old and will spend the next year together with their mom developing important life skills, thereafter they venture out into the Serengeti on their own. We will post periodic updates of their progress.
