Day 1. Arusha - Entamanu Ngorongoro, Ngorongoro Crater

Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport or your Arusha hotel by your Nomad car and guide. Drive west to the Ngorongoro Highlands, a perfect spot from which to explore the Crater tomorrow.  Settle in to our newest camp perched on the Crater rim and take in the spectcular views from your room.

Day 2. Ngorongoro Crater

Spend the morning discovering the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater and the fabulous wildlife with your private guide.  After a picnic lunch in the Crater, head back up to camp. 

This afternoon you can relax and enjoy the view, or head out on a Highland walk with your guide - perhaps to meet the nearby Maasai.

Day 3. Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti Safari Camp

Wave an early goodbye to Entamanu Ngorongoro as you set off for Serengeti Safari Camp. Depending on the time of year you may fly to Serengeti Safari Camp, or drive your way down with your guide.  

Settle into your comfy tent, enjoy a hot shower, ice cold drink around the fire and a delicious dinner.

Day 4. Serengeti Safari Camp

Get out and about with your Nomad guide for game drives across the Serengeti. Our camp moves four or five times a year to get you as close to the herds as possible so you will most likely head out into the vast plains to get amongst the wildebeest migration, along with huge herds of zebra & gazelle.

Day 5. Serengeti Safari Camp

Another day on safari in the Serengeti - perhaps on the search for Lion or Cheetah who are never far behind hte wildebeest herds. Evening game drives in this area can be good for leopard, as well as other small African cats like Serval, African Wild cat or even Caracal if you're extremely lucky.

Day 6. Depart Serengeti for Arusha

After a leisurely breakfast, pack your bags and take a short last game drive back to the airstrip to catch your return flight back to Arusha and on home.
