Water is a vital, but limited, resource that drives everything during the dry season
In simple terms, our dry season runs from June to October as temperatures gradually increase and the area dries out. The focus increasingly turns to remaining freshwater and game gathers around lakes, pools within the network of sand rivers, and along the main river's edge.
As the many resident lion understand, time spent quietly observing game moving between its food and water sources can be highly rewarding; watch and wait and you wont be disappointed.
