Expeditionary Walking Camp, Expeditionary Walking Camp, Southern TanzaniaKigelia, Ruaha, Southern Tanzania

Prim was born in the town of Moshi in the foothills of Kilimanjaro and enjoyed his early years there before his family moved to Mwanza. He started taking a keen interest in nature aged seven when he had a pet vervet monkey; he even had a pet snake for a while, and from then on, his love for animals and nature was solidified.
After finishing secondary school, Prim attended a wildlife college and completed his Field Guides Association of Southern Africa qualification, as well as many other wildlife courses.
Prim has been in the safari industry for over fifteen years, many of those spent specialising in walking safaris in the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Prim joined the Nomad team as Chada camp manager, and now joins the team at Kigelia as camp manager.
Prim has a love for walking and birdwatching with so much of his time spent in the bush, he certainly has some exciting safari tales to tell around the campfire.
