Our unique collection of safari accommodation blends naturally into Tanzania’s diverse wilderness areas, each designed and positioned through years of experience in these remote locations. Each accommodation is different and more than just your bed for the night, these thoughtfully designed bases are designed for life-changing experiences.

Whether you prefer a lodge in the Serengeti, luxury highland experience on the Ngorongoro Crater rim, or an intimate bush-camp in Ruaha, each accommodation reveals a Tanzania beyond the conventional and in combination, create unforgettable off-grid circuits.

Safari lodges

Our signature lodges occupy incredible wilderness locations. You have a choice of Entamanu on the Ngorongoro Crater rim, Sand Rivers in Nyerere, Greystoke in Mahale and Lamai overlooking the Serengeti. Each lodge location selected for its wild integrity and safari experience. To us, small is beautiful so our accommodation is designed to create a perfect balance between experience and environmental impact.

Bush camps

Our permanent bush camps are firm favourites amongst our own people. Kigelia in Ruaha, Kuro in Tarangire and Chada in Katavi all embody safari at its most authentic. Each accommodation offering simplicity without sacrificing comfort, positioned where wildlife dictates the daily rhythm.

Tented camps

Canvas walls allow natural sounds to filter through—water birds calling from nearby rivers, or the symphony of lion calls through the night. A night under canvas is something truly special. These are simply about location, either moving seasonally to follow the migration herds or every couple of days on a multi-day walking safari.

Private houses and exclusive camps

Our private safari properties—from Mkombe’s House in the Serengeti to Entamanu Private positioned on the Ngorongoro Crater rim—offer dedicated spaces where families and groups can experience Tanzania at their own pace.

We operate and protect a string of safari accommodation in some of the most special places on earth, and maintain a quiet, yet excitable presence amidst the great beats, birds and bees of Africa.
