Outstanding Service, Wonderful Views

Entamanu Ngorongoro has beautiful accomodation high up on the rim above the Ngorongoro crater. The service is outstanding and the views are wonderful. The safari drive down into the crater is a long day but rewarded with amazing scenery and lots of animals.

Our vacation was actually a celebration because our daughter graduated from college. We found our celebration at Lamai Serengeti more than what we had hoped for. From the moment of our arrival at the air strip, we were warmly welcomed. Upon arriving at Lamai, we were warmly greeted again and served refreshments. We were oriented to the household rules and safety rules and regulations, which we appreciated a lot. Food service was a delight and something we looked forward to every single day. The food was excellent. But what made it special was the food service crew. They were all very courteous and professional. We felt special (specially our daughter) because of the special surprise they gave our daughter during our final dinner. Housekeeping was likewise excellent. Every part of Lamai was clean and tidy. The cottage was always clean. It was really a place I felt comfortable and very much relaxed. And these were all made possible because of all the ever-abled security personnel who made us feel safe and secure. To all the staff of Lamai, our heartfelt thanks and appreciation.
We also would like to thank our tour guide who was always punctual and gave more than 100% service in trying to accomodate our request during the safari experience.
